A lip-smacking pork / tofu recipe inspired by a street food dish (Dandan noodles!)
They have a little heat, and a great balance of salty, sweet and umami! I cook lean pork mince or crumbled tofu in a flavoursome Sichuan peppercorn oil with a little chilli, soy, kimchi and garlic. Tossed with rice noodles, and a side of steamed sesame pak choi - enjoy a pot of my silky tahini chilli sauce to finish.
