At By Chef Jen, we are passionate about ensuring that every meal delights you. We’ve worked hard to curate delicious recipes that will help you to feel your best too, and we’ve teamed up with Registered Nutritionist Hannah Norris to ensure that our meals tick all the boxes and provide clarity around our food. for if you have specific nutritional needs.
All our meals are full of high quality, nutritious foods, designed and cooked to look after you, make you feel your best whilst also reducing one more thing on the never ending task list.
All of our meals :
- Contain 1-2 portions of vegetables per meal
- Contain a source of protein (with some providing 50g or more!)
- Contain at least one third of your daily fibre needs (or more)
- Are calorie controlled
We use the best quality ingredients from our trusted suppliers, to hand craft every meal to order. All of our meals are made in small batches with love and care, and everything is cooked, chilled and delivered to your door on the very same day.
We will be launching an exciting new labelling system in 2025, to help make it even easier to select the perfect meals for you. Whether you're looking for high protein meals, lower carb, high fibre - we have got you covered!
Our Consultant Nutritionist Hannah is available for 1-2-1 consultations to discuss your dietary requirements in details, and we offer a personal chef service for anyone who needs a more specific meal plan prepared by our team, just for you.
